STARTING P1 IN AUGUST 2024
If your child is due to start P1 in August 2024, you should enrol them online this can be done at the link below.
If you live in our catchment area, you can enrol directly to Guardbridge Primary School. If you live in another catchment area, you should enrol at the catchment school for your area, but can choose to make a placing request to Guardbridge. Once all catchment children have been allocated a place, any additional places will be given to those who made a placing request following Fife Council policy.
Parents receive the decision on their placing request at the end of April 2023.
STARTING IN P1-7 DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR
There can be lots of reasons why children need to move schools during the school year. Please contact the school to discuss your circumstances. It is helpful if you contact us as soon as you know your child is likely to need a school place at Guardbridge. If you move into the catchment area and a place is not available, we will support you to find a place at the closest possible school, following Fife Council procedures. If you live out with the catchment area but wish your child to attend Guardbridge PS, you can make a placing request.
