Children exploring volume, capacity and force. A few children asked for bubbles and estimated how much soap we would need to add to the water to make bubbles. Some children organise and lead hide and seek in the garden developing counting, turn taking skills.

Wednesday

Lots of discussion about how big our pea plants were getting and how long the pea pods were. We picked some of the pea pods so all the children could taste them We then created a tally mark sheet to tell us who liked/disliked the peas.
