These experiences are designed to create a fun filled atmosphere while supporting the children\u2019s learning and development.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Learning Wall \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our new Learning Wall theme is\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nature<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">! Over the next few weeks, the children will be exploring and learning about\u00a0different aspects\u00a0of the natural world, including\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">plants, insects, and lifecycles<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We\u2019re\u00a0especially excited that\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ms Paige has brought in frog spawn from her garden pond<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. The children will have the opportunity to\u00a0observe\u00a0how the frog spawn changes and develops over time. Once the frogs reach the\u00a0appropriate stage, they will be\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">returned safely to her garden pond<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We would love to include\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">photos, stories, or experiences from home<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0on our Learning Wall. If you have any\u00a0nature themed\u00a0adventures\u2014perhaps spotting\u00a0insects, planting seeds, visiting parks, or\u00a0observing\u00a0wildlife\u2014please feel free to share them with us.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This helps your child make meaningful connections between nursery and home, encourages rich conversations, and\u00a0opens up\u00a0even more opportunities for curiosity, questions, and exploration.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Parental Engagement\u00a0&#8211;<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Parent Suggestion and Comment Book<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0is\u00a0available in the front hall.\u00a0We\u2019d\u00a0really appreciate it if you could take a few moments to share any thoughts or ideas with us. Your feedback helps us celebrate\u00a0what\u2019s\u00a0going well and\u00a0identify\u00a0ways we can continue to improve. Comments can be anonymous.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Many children have been excited to share their\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">experiences and achievements from home<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2014such as birthday celebrations, family adventures, learning new skills (like swimming or riding a bike), or other personal milestones. We would love to add these to their PLJs.\u00a0using the<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0\u2018Learning at Home\u2019 sheets. These sheets<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0are available in\u00a0the front hall of nursery\u00a0for you to take home. Once completed, please return them to nursery and either place them in your child\u2019s PLJ\u00a0with your child,\u00a0or ask a member of staff to add them for you.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Junk Modelling-\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The junk modelling is\u00a0very popular\u00a0and in high demand of recyclable\u00a0materials. If you could help\u00a0by\u00a0bringing\u00a0in items such as cardboard boxes, egg boxes, ribbon, wool\u00a0etc.\u00a0these would\u00a0be\u00a0greatly received\u2026 and who knows what creation these will turn into!<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Sickness\/Illness<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0\u2013 A gentle reminder that if your child is unwell (e.g. Vomiting &amp; Diarrhoea) the guidelines are 48 hours exclusion from nursery from the last bout of sickness\/diarrhoea.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Lending Library\u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">These continue to be housed in our front hall.\u00a0These are changed regularly providing new\u00a0books\u00a0for you to explore.\u00a0Please remember to sign books in and out. Thank you!<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Weather\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013 Could all parents please ensure their child is appropriately dressed for the weather, especially on Beach Days,\u00a0and that all clothing is clearly named.\u00a0Please ensure your child comes to nursery with a coat every day, as even if the weather is sunny, it can still be chilly in the shady areas of our garden.\u00a0Thank you!<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Borrowed Clothes\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Can parents\/carers\u00a0please remember to return any clothes borrowed from nursery.
