Decant to Newport – <\/strong>Reminder that between Friday 4th July – Friday 15th August, Ferryport Nursery will be at Newport Primary School. This is so essential works can be carried out to the building.\u00a0If you need to contact us for any reason at all (sickness, absences, general enquiries) between Thursday 3 July – 18th August<\/strong>, please use our mobile number 07872 699292<\/strong>.\u00a0 Please leave a message and a team member will get back to you. The e-mails will not be monitored or answered during this time.\u00a0<\/strong> Many thanks.<\/p>\n If your child is not coming back to Ferryport in August – Please ensure you collect all of your child’s belongings.<\/p>\n Important Dates\u00a0 – Closures –\u00a0<\/strong>Monday 21st July – Closed to all nursery pupils and staff.<\/p>\n Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th August – Inservice Day for all staff – Ferryport Nursery Closed to pupils. Will reopen on Wednesday 20th August.<\/p>\n School Holidays –<\/strong> Tayport Primary School starts school holidays from 3pm on Thursday 3rd July and will reopen to staff on Monday 18th August and to pupils on Wednesday 20th August. Emails and calls will not be picked up during this time.<\/p>\n Lending Library –<\/strong> Please return any library books back to us by Thursday 3rd July.<\/p>\n Tempest \u2013<\/strong> Orders can be made using the link that was emailed out.<\/p>\n Summer Reading Challenge<\/strong>\u00a0 –\u00a0 Please get involved and use Tayport\u2019s Library over the summer break.\u00a0 Click here<\/a>\u00a0to find out more.<\/p>\n Weather\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u2013 Could all parents please ensure their child is appropriately dressed for the weather, especially on Beach Days, and that all clothing is clearly named.\u00a0\u00a0We ask all children have a sun hat with them as we are getting nicer weather.<\/strong>\u00a0 Can we also ask that your child has a rain jacket<\/strong> – The Scottish weather can be very\u00a0 unpredictable. Thank you!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Sunscreen<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0 As the weather is getting nicer can you please ensure sunscreen has been applied to your child before coming to Nursery.
