Learning Partnerships -In Fife, all primary, special schools and early years centres will participate within either a Learning Partnership or Extended Learning Partnership each school session. This is where a group of professionals such as education managers, quality improvement officers and headteachers come together to help support the development of the nursery; the aim of this is to:
- Support nursery staff to look at what is working well and what could be even better for children.
- Focus on helping children feel happy, safe and ready to learn, while supporting their early learning and development.
- Encourage nurseries and early years staff to work closely together, sharing ideas that support children and families.
- Provide chances to share good ideas and successful ways of working, so children get the best possible start.
- Help build strong local early years services that keep improving over time.
