Everyone has a part to play in ensuring children access these rights. In Fife, we believe that\u00a0<em>\u201cchild protection is everyone\u2019s job and everyone\u2019s responsibility\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In Elie, we teach children about their rights, wellbeing indicators and what to do if they are not receiving their rights. Children know that they can speak to a <strong>trusted adult<\/strong> if they have any worries about their safety. That trusted adult could be anyone in or out of school \u2013 it could be you!<\/p>\n<p>It is important that our whole school community is aware of what to do if they are concerned about a child\u2019s safety. Staff and visitors\/volunteers in school follow protocols to report concerns to the Child Protection Coordinator and Deputes.
