Currently, it is used for someone who is learning English as a new resident in an English-speaking country. Learners develop their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in the English language as well as their knowledge of language.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">These ESOL qualifications correspond with levels A1 to C1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).<\/p>\n<p>Outcomes and Standards in ESOL:<\/p>\n<p
