We recognise that young carers may face unique challenges balancing their caring responsibilities with school life. Our aim is to ensure they have equal access to education, opportunities, and emotional support.<\/p>\n

In 2024 ‘The Bubbles’ we established – a group of very proud young carers. Here at Duloch Primary School, we want to recognise the incredible work these children do, and give them a space to meet children who are also carers.<\/p>\n
The Bubbles meet every 2 weeks with Mrs Stone and use this time to talk to each other and enjoy activities such as arts and craft, woodland walks, games and picnics.<\/p>\n
Fife Young\u00a0 Carers have provided training for staff to support young carers in school. The have also spoken to each class to raise awareness of what a young carer is.<\/p>\n
