Child protection is everyone’s responsibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you see behaviour that is of concern, or if a child or young person tells you something worrying, you need to do something about it and speak to someone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can speak to a teacher, health visitor, social worker or police officer. However, if you think a child has been harmed, telephone the Social Work Contact Centre on 03451 55 15 03, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Out-with these hours, please call them on 03451 55 00 99.<\/b><\/p>\n

You can call the police on telephone number 101, 24\/7.<\/b><\/p>\n

If you consider a child(ren) or young person to be in immediate danger,<\/strong><\/p>\n

Do not wait, call the Police on 999<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anti bullying<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bullying is both behaviour and impact; what someone does and the impact it has on a person\u2019s capacity to feel in control of themselves. We call this their sense of \u2018agency\u2019<\/p>\n

Our anti-bullying policy is being refreshed for 2024-25<\/p>\n

If you have any concerns please report them to Lindsey Manton as the Single Point of Contact\u00a0 (SPOC) for Bullying and Equality<\/p>\n

All our children are learning how to manage relationships and they are likely to come across conflict at times.\u00a0 We want all our children to feel happy and safe at school.\u00a0 If they don’t, then it is important to know what to do about it.<\/p>\n
