Our Anti-Bullying Policy sets out how we work together as a school community \u2013 pupils, staff and families \u2013 to prevent bullying behaviour, respond quickly to concerns and support children in building positive and respectful relationships.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"776\">We are guided by Scotland\u2019s national anti-bullying service <em data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"549\">RespectMe<\/em>, Fife Council\u2019s policy, the Equality Act 2010 and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). These frameworks help us ensure that bullying in any form is never acceptable and is always taken seriously.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"981\">Our approach is restorative, nurturing and educational.
