Learning Partnerships – Purpose and Rationale
Our Learning Partnership provides structured opportunities for colleagues across our cluster to work together to validate and strengthen self-evaluation. Through shared professional dialogue, learning visits and review of evidence, partners offer constructive challenge, affirmation and support. This collaborative process helps ensure that our judgements are robust, consistent and aligned with national expectations, while also enabling us to learn from effective practice across the cluster. Ultimately, Learning Partnerships help us improve outcomes for children by developing a shared understanding of high-quality learning and teaching.
