Our improvement priorities reflect what our school community values most. Rooted in evidence, shaped by feedback and aligned with national guidance, each priority sets out clear goals to help us keep moving forward. These plans are designed to make a real difference for our learners – in the classroom, the playground and beyond.
Evidence of Impact
We use a wide range of evidence to understand how well we’re doing. From pupil voice and classroom observations to attainment data and partnership feedback, this section shows how we know our improvements are making a difference – and where we need to go next.
How We Evaluate Ourselves
Self-evaluation is part of our daily practice. We reflect regularly, ask challenging questions and involve our whole school community. By using tools like How Good Is Our School? and feedback from learners, staff and families, we make sure our next steps are based on what matters most.
