Ideas Ignite Improvement is our way of gathering regular feedback from pupils, families, and staff to shape what we do next. Each month we focus on one key question linked to our school improvement priorities, encouraging everyone to share their thoughts and spark new ideas. These contributions help us celebrate what’s working well, identify areas to develop, and ensure our next steps are built together.

This approach is directly connected to How Good Is Our School? (HGIOS), using national challenge questions as a framework to reflect on our practice and drive meaningful improvement.
