All adults in school prioritise building strong and nurturing relationships with all children and all engage in deliberate daily acts of noticing children’s ongoing achievements.<\/p>\n

Achievements\u00a0both in and out of school, including individual and team events, are celebrated and shared in class and during Together Times or virtually through sways.<\/p>\n

Children can also note their achievements on the class whiteboard in the gym hall. These celebrations\u00a0help recognise children who have been ready, respectful and safe<\/span> or who have demonstrated our values of honesty, fairness, caring and hardworking<\/span>.<\/p>\n

In addition, once a term, children can receive a Positive Note. \u00a0Culross Positive Notes are high level recognition. It is sincere\u00a0acknowledgement of\u00a0those children who have gone over and above consistently over a period of time. These handwritten notes, from the Headteacher, detail a child’s achievement and\u00a0are posted home usually once a term.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
