The Benchmarks are emboldened for ease of identification.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>As well as recording learner progression, the document also acts as an effective tool to aid identification of any gaps in learning. To ensure pace and challenge of learning is maintained between stages and sectors, a consistent approach across schools and clusters is recommended.
