Our school opened in 1970 and was previously sited in Commercial School Lane. We are proud of our long, successful history and are committed to providing a quality education which will equip pupils with skills for life long learning.
The school is situated beside the public park in the heart of the historic town of Dunfermline and enjoys an open green campus shared with our friends at the neighbouring school of St Margaret’s Roman Catholic Primary School. We do not have a nursery but our children attend the nursery in St Margaret’s
The school has 14 classroom spaces. Our unique layout upstairs of open teaching spaces provides us with flexible learning spaces. The gym hall, assembly hall and dining hall are shared areas and there is also a music room, and various breakout rooms.
We promote an open door policy and are always happy to discuss any aspects of the work going on in school. We value the contribution all parents/carers make to our school and have an active Parent Council.
