Cluster Leagues
Fife Active Schools deliver Cluster League competitions throughout the school year for our Primary 5-7 pupils. Pupils can take part in football, netball and basketball, with the chance to progress to the Fife Cluster League.
The Cluster Leagues focus on participation—giving pupils the chance to enjoy sport, represent their school and build lifelong involvement in physical activity. Awards are also presented throughout the leagues and finals to recognise positive sporting integrity.
Cluster League 2023-2024

Colinsburgh Primary School were very proud to finish in first place! This result included a win in netball with Colinsburgh Primary School going forward to represent Waid Cluster in the Fife Netball Cluster League. This was a great experience for our pupils and they were excellent ambassadors for our school and cluster.

Running Festivals
Active Schools Running Festivals are held throughout the year for all pupils P1-7. We encourage all our pupils to participate in these running events. In 2024-2025 we hosted one of our cluster running events, in cooperation with our Active Schools Coordinator and Balcarres Estate. This was a very successful event with almost all of our pupils participating and many families supporting.

Each year our pupils are also supported to participate in the Fife Primary Schools Cross Country Championships.
