Welcome to our school! I hope this will give you some information about us.
Coaltown of Wemyss Primary School is a small school nestled within the village of Coaltown of Wemyss. Our school has children from both Coaltown of Wemyss and West Wemyss.
As a small school, our children all play together and care for one another regardless of age and stage. Our staff pride themselves in knowing our families and children well. We have had several generations of families who have all been children within Coaltown of Wemyss Primary school.
We are very much part of the community of Coaltown of Wemyss, and value our strong relationships with our families and partners. These relationships are key to support our children’s learning. We are proud of our nurturing and inclusive ethos within our school.
A desire to ensure all of our children meet their potential is at the heart of everything we do in school and with our partners. We strive to create a learning environment which enables our children to become successful learners, effective contributors, responsible citizens and confident individuals.
