Literacy<\/b>
\nWe\u2019ve started reading The Boy at the Back of the Class and have been linking the story to lots of our literacy learning. We\u2019ve also been using Bloom\u2019s Questioning to help us think more deeply about what we read. Our Writing focus has been poetry, and we\u2019ve enjoyed creating rhyming poems and sensory descriptive poems.<\/div>\n

Numeracy<\/b>
\nIn Numeracy, we\u2019ve been building our confidence with n<\/b>umber processes and place value. We also put our money and measurement skills to the test by budgeting for and planning our very own theme parks!<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Health & Wellbeing<\/b>
\nWe\u2019ve enjoyed working together in PE and getting back into our gym hall routines. We\u2019ve now started our fitness block and had great fun taking part in the Bleep Test. We\u2019re looking forward to trying it again at the end of the block and comparing our results!<\/div>\n

Other News<\/b>
\nWe had great fun taking part in an Outdoor Learning workshop, where we used our imagination, teamwork and problem-solving skills in the playground.<\/div>\n
Our topic this term is Buckhaven Uncovered, and we\u2019ve loved getting out into our local community to explore and learn more about the area. We\u2019ve also been busy working on something special\u2026 keep your eyes peeled for our Buckhaven Documentary, coming soon!<\/div>\n
