{"id":165,"date":"2022-09-06T19:19:11","date_gmt":"2022-09-06T18:19:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/fi\/benartyprimary\/?page_id=165"},"modified":"2022-09-06T19:20:20","modified_gmt":"2022-09-06T18:20:20","slug":"free-school-meals-and-milk-clothing-grant","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/fi\/benartyprimary\/parents-and-carers\/free-school-meals-and-milk-clothing-grant\/","title":{"rendered":"Free School Meals and Milk\/Clothing Grant"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"container content-container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div id=\"main-col\" class=\"col-sm-9\">\n<section id=\"content\" class=\"asset-contents-section\">\n<h1 class=\"page-title\">Apply for a school clothing grant and\/or free school meals\/milk<\/h1>\n<div class=\"asset-contents\">\n<div class=\"article-container-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"article-container-public-content\" role=\"region\">\n<p>To qualify for a school clothing grant and\/or free school meals\/milk, you must receive at least one of the following benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Income Support<\/li>\n<li>Job Seekers Allowance (income-based)<\/li>\n<li>Employment and support allowance (income-related)<\/li>\n<li>Child Tax Credit only (total income below \u00a316,105)<\/li>\n<li>Child Tax Credit and Working Tax Credit (total income below \u00a37,500)<\/li>\n<li>Support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999<\/li>\n<li>Universal Credit &#8211; including those with take-home pay of up to \u00a3625 per month<\/li>\n<li>Long Term Incapacity Benefit (School clothing grant only)<\/li>\n<li>Widow&#8217;s Allowance &#8211; if not in full-time employment (School clothing grant only)<\/li>\n<li>Child and Working Tax Credit with annual income below \u00a316,105 (School clothing grant only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will be asked to upload a copy of an award letter as evidence of the benefits you receive.
