Congratulations to the S3 Girls Netball team who reached the quarter-finals of the S3 Fife Schools Netball Tournament held at the Michael Woods Sports and Leisure Centre on Wednesday. The girls played really well, just losing out to St Andrews RC High School.

Congratulations to James Duncan (S2), James Painter (S3), Anna McAllister (S3) and Cameron Anderson (S4) who have made it through to the regional final of the Royal Society of Chemistry’s “Top of the bench” competition.
The Bell Baxter team came from behind to narrowly defeat Perth Academy, 54 – 52. Next stop, the final (Fife, Perth, Dundee & Angus) at St Andrews University in late January.
Mr McNicol would like to say a huge ‘thank you’ to everyone who stopped and donated money to the musicians playing outside of Tesco at the weekend. Performances by the Wind Band, String Quartet, Tin Whistle Group, Pipe Band, David Craigie and Vertigo were well supported by the public.
The team of musicians were appreciative of the support they received from shoppers, helping the pupils to raise over £300.
The Science Faculty took part in Save the Children’s “Christmas Jumper Day”. The event aims to raise awareness, and money, to support the charity’s work.
Well done to the faculty for a stunning array of jumpers!
Well done to the school’s badminton team who were well represented at Fife Schools Badminton Championships. Grace Turnbull (S3), Franki McBain (S3), Cameron Brown (S6) and Ben Sneddon (S6) all picked up medals at the championships.
