Well done to all of our musicians for braving the cold on Sunday to perform outside of TESCO, Cupar. The pupils delivered an excellent range of musical performances impressing members of the public who were out shopping.

Some of our Higher and Advanced Higher German pupils enjoyed a day out at the Christmas Market in Edinburgh. This was a great opportunity for pupils to try out their German language skills and to learn more about German culture.
More excellent work was carried out by pupils at the Scottish Learners Panel on Saturday.
The discussion centred on the learning and teaching pupils wish to see in schools and how they, the pupils, can be central to driving change.
A group, six pupils, of S2 scientists attended the Go4SET launch this week. The pupils took part in a series of team building challenges involving STEM activities; building the longest functioning rollercoaster and a working balloon chair. During the challenge the group were not allowed to talk to each other.
Over the next ten weeks the group will undertake a STEM project chosen at the Go4SET launch, heading back in March to compete against 7 other schools.
Good luck to the team!
Congratulations to Isla Thoms (S1) who won the latest round in the U13 Girls’ East District Cross Country series held in Aberdeen. Isla has now been selected to run in the Inter District Championships in Stirling in 2019 as a result of her performances this year.
