The Study Support Programme due to run until March, 2018 is now available for download. Pupils should check the programme to ensure they know when sessions run throughout the week. As you can see from the programme, a number of sessions have additional pieces of information attached to them – please read the programme carefully.
Just a reminder, pupils are responsible for making their own arrangements to get home following attendance at a study support session.

Bell Baxter is again acting as a collection point for the “Toy drive” initiative being run in the area. Donations will be collected and distributed to children and families in need. If you would like to donate a gift – it must be new, unwrapped and, unfortunately, cannot be handmade – then please drop the item off at the Main Office.
All the gifts collected in the area will stay within NE Fife.
The initiative will run until Thursday, 30th November.

Some of the S3 Duke of Edinburgh’s Award class headed for a walk up to the Listening Post at Hawklaw tonight after school. Applying navigation skills learned in the classroom was key tonight.
The sunset above Cupar was beautiful tonight.
The school won the Fife Schools “Battle of the Bands” competition last night. Vertigo, our band, competed against 13 other bands with a breathtaking 10 minutes set – the three adjudicators were unanimous in their decision.
The band won £500 to spend in Kenny’s music and, of course, the title ‘Fife Schools Battle of the Bands Champions, 2017’.
If you missed the chance to see Vertigo perform, they will be playing at various other school and community events throughout this term.
Well done to everyone who represented Bell Baxter at the Scottish Schools Showjumping, Howe Equestrian on Sunday, 29th October. Jessika Rennie placed 5th individually in the 85cm out of 80 riders. Our team of Ailsa Roberts, Robyn Black, Emma Webster and Sophie McDonald came 4th in the 1m class with Ailsa Roberts also picking up 2nd place individually in the same class which had 40 riders in it.
Well done again to all riders.
