We welcomed over 200 P7 pupils from across our cluster to attend a P7 social dance transition event on Tuesday. The event enabled our P7 pupils to experience life at Bell Baxter, and helped to break down fears surrounding PE and extra-curricular activities.
Thank you to the 50+ senior pupils who helped with the event – their encouragement and teaching of dances was invaluable! We hope everyone enjoyed their time at the school.

If your child currently has a health protocol plan at primary school, please contact Ms Gill Cowan (Pupil Services Manager) at Bell Baxter as soon as possible to arrange a meeting with healthcare professionals.
It is important for Bell Baxter to have the most current health information about all P7 pupils prior to them joining us in S1.
The school welcomed P7 pupils from our cluster primary schools to a Transition Day last Wednesday. The pupils had a very busy day creating garments out of recycled material for a fashion show; participating in lots of outdoor activities during a Duke of Edinburgh’s Award session, and finding information around the school in a treasure hunt.
Last week’s event was a fantastic opportunity for the P7 pupils to meet staff, find their way around the building and participate in some great activities.
A big ‘thank you’ to all of the staff who helped make the day such a success.
We look forward to seeing everyone again in June!
