Meals and Milk<\/h1>\n

School meals are provided in all primary schools and meet the Scottish Nutritional Standards.<\/p>\n

All children in Primary One to Primary Five are entitled to a Free School Meal<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0Children in Primary Six and Seven that are not eligible for the\u00a0Free School Meal Entitlement program<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0can also enjoy the same Two Course Meal choices for just \u00a32.40 per day.<\/p>\n

Pupils can have soup\u00a0or<\/strong>\u00a0dessert with the main meal as part of a two course lunch, this also includes a drink of either milk or water. They are also entitled to a piece of fresh fruit.<\/p>\n

For our main meal options we\u00a0\u00a0always have a vegetarian option and\u00a0\u00a0plated salad or filled roll\/sandwich options with a choice of fillings.<\/p>\n

Special Diets<\/strong><\/p>\n

Should your child have a specific dietary requirement e.g. a specific food that they cannot eat for health or religious reasons, please complete the online\u00a0Specific Dietary Requirement Form<\/a>. The school cook and manager will arrange to meet with you to discuss how best to fulfil your child\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n

If your child prefers a vegetarian diet there is a selection of suitable dishes on the menu every day and you don\u2019t need to complete a Specific Dietary form.<\/p>\n

Fife school meals do not use any ingredients containing nuts, but some products may be made in a non-nut-free environment. You can\u00a0check the recipes online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
