Peep at Balmullo Nursery
(Parents as Early Educators Programme)
Supporting Parents and Children to Learn together
Balmullo Nursery Peep sessions, recognise that families play an important role in their child’s early learning and development and we aim to support families to give each child a great start in life.
Using ideas and information from the ‘Peep Learning Together programme’, we will support learning through everyday activities, which will encourage children and adults to become confident leaners
Peep at Balmullo has a very welcoming and friendly environment, where you can meet other families from your community.
Sessions are held in the nursery building and are for families with children from birth to 5 years.
All sessions are fully interactive and fun; to allow all children and adults hands-on experience of the many ways they can support their child’s learning and development through everyday activities.
During a Peep session, you and your child will engage in talk time, hands on activities, songs and rhymes and story time.
Families can share their experiences if they wish or ask questions about how they can support their child’s learning and development.
After each session, a fun everyday activity pack linked to the session will be available for families to take home and share with each other
Why come to Peep?
You can make a real difference to your child’s learning and development by engaging in fun activities together and it’s an opportunity for you and your child to make friends and share ideas with other families.
