There can be lots of reasons why children need to move schools during the school year. Please contact the headteacher to discuss your circumstances. It is helpful if you contact me as soon as you know your child is likely to need a school place at Balmerino. Places are limited in some year groups at present. If you move into the catchment area and a place is not available, I will support you to find a place at the closest possible school, following Fife Council procedures. If you live out with the catchment area but wish your child to attend Balmerino PS, you can make a placing request but you should contact me to discuss availability of places and the procedure for doing this.<\/p>\n
