Balcurvie is proud to be an eco school. We have been a Green Flag Award Holder since 2008 and we were recently awarded our newest green flag.

Our eco committee meet regularly with Mr Thomson as our Eco Coordinator. The committee includes pupil representatives from each class as well as some members of staff. Keep a look out on our eco notice boards for minutes of all our meetings and upcoming eco events.

Our current focus areas are in the process of being chosen. We have many ongoing whole school initiatives such as paper and plastic recycling, litter picking, Wake Up Shake Up and Fruity Friday.
