At Balcurvie we promote an ethos of achievement and we are keen to celebrate the achievements of individual children in school and out of school.

These achievements are celebrated in a variety of contexts such as whole school assemblies, special services, presentations and performances, certificates and open afternoons.

We are also proud of our whole school achievements as we strive to include our learners in a variety of initiatives that promote the idea of life long learning and make valuable contributions to the life and work of our school.

We currently hold our fourth Eco flag and are a Phase 3 Health Promoting School.

We hold an annual Christmas Fayre, Book Fayre, Harvest Service which results in the distribution of around 70 food parcels to our elderly neighbours and make many contributions to various charities throughout the year.
