Working in partnership with families is important and helps children learn better. We welcome our families to our school through informal discussions, planned invites to classrooms, school events, and individual planning meetings. We would also like to tap into the varied skills of our families and are developing our volunteer programme to support learning and achievements. If you are interested in sharing a skill please get in touch.
We also use the Seesaw app across all classes. This allows children to document their learning progress and gives families a method of feeding back to their child and teacher. More information on Seesaw is available on the Seesaw page.

Please ensure we have an up to date email address as much of our information, including Fife Education updates, are shared through our Groupcall system. Also check that these emails are not going to your junk or spam email box. Some information, especially from the class, will come in the form of school bag mail. Please check with your child’s bag regularly in case paper information comes this way. We try to limit this to reduce the use of paper. If you are having any difficulty with the communication processes please phone or visit the school office who will be happy to help.
If you would like to find out more about schools, the curriculum and learning in general the Parent Zone website is a helpful guide and reliable source of information for families.
