We have had lots of music instruction this term – learning to play percussion instruments like xylophones and glockenspiels, as well as reading musical notation and trying our own compositions!<\/p>\n

This term our topic has been Computing. We have looked at the history of computers, important inventors and scientists, and even coded our own programs with Scratch! We have written instructions for our friends to follow\u00a0– this is a type of algorithmic thinking.<\/p>\n

In Maths we have worked hard on our four operations – adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. We have used concrete materials to support our learning, and we are practicing explaining all the steps we took to get to our answers.<\/p>\n
