The pupils in Primary 6M have collected materials that can be recycled and used them to make musical instruments. Each group has been very creative and have had some fantastic ideas. They have used their instruments to compose and record music to compliment the lyrics they had written in an earlier session. All their hard work is in post production and will be released to the general public soon. Look at our photos of the groups with their instruments below.

Recycled Items From Around The World
To help us with our topic Falkirk library services sent us a resource box to look at. It was full of very precious and delicate items that have been made from used and unwanted packaging. Have a look at our photos and see how clever people can be. What do you think?
Andy Stanton’s Mr Gum
In class we are listening to a novel called ‘You’re a Bad Man Mr Gum’ by Andy Stanton. It is very enjoyable and has a very humourous style. In small groups we designed and made 3D models of either a room from Mr Gum’s house (very messy) or Mr Gum’s garden (spectacular). Have a look at our photos. Do you like them?
