Out to Play at Rannoch<\/strong><\/h1>\n

There\u2019s no such thing as bad weather here at Rannoch! Children access outdoors every day regardless of the weather, unless official weather warnings are in place.<\/p>\n

Outdoors we promote play and exploration with large loose parts such as pallets, cable drums, pipes, bicycle tyres, the list is endless.<\/p>\n

We also have our own vegetable plot, water area, eating area and fire pit. We have trained staff in fire lighting and children regularly explore this experience in a safe and secure manner.<\/p>\n

It would be helpful if families could bring children with suitable clothing to allow them to participate in all outdoor activities e.g. jacket, wellington boots etc.\u00a0 Please ensure you put your child\u2019s name on all belongings! We have a small selection of ELC wetsuits and wellies that can provide children with, when needed.<\/p>\n

Outings are arranged when possible and families are more than welcome to join us! These can range from a walk to the park, a visit to Kinneil Woods or a little further a field. Where possible you will be advised prior to these outings, although there are times they are organised spontaneously. Permission for these outings will be sought during induction paperwork.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
