To support every establishment and every practitioner, the service will offer professional learning, focused on pedagogy mapped to Falkirk’s 5 Key Pedagogical Principles. There is a modality to this that classifies the professional learning as follows.
- Mode A: Universal Self Directed
- Mode B: Universal Professional Learning Community
- Mode C: Directed with Inquiry
- Mode D: Directed with Inquiry and Intense Coaching (this is a cluster offer).
