Overall, service delivery is very flexible and sessions can be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On an individual basis, in a group setting, or in a family setting<\/li>\n<li>Through digital platforms or face-to-face<\/li>\n<li>Out with school hours Monday- Friday, alongside the potential for some weekend flexibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This service accepts both self-referrals and professional referrals- please click <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/fa\/public\/inclusion\/uploads\/sites\/2838\/2021\/11\/02105245\/PMHWS-Self-Referral-Form.docx\">here<\/a> to access the self-referral form.
