Wellbeing Wednesday at Glenburn
At Glenburn, wellbeing is an important part of everyday life — but on Wellbeing Wednesday, it becomes something truly special. Led by Christina, one of our Early Years Officers, these sessions give children a calm, nurturing space to relax, explore and connect with their emotions.
Each Wednesday, Christina guides the children through a range of wellbeing experiences, including organic hand and face masks, gentle yoga, mindful meditation, and finishing with their daily positive affirmations. These activities help children build confidence, self-awareness, and a sense of calm, all while having fun together.
The children absolutely love Wellbeing Wednesday, and we see the benefits shine through in their confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing. It’s a highlight of the week — for them and for us.
