Our baby massage classes are led by Robynne, our qualified IAIM‑trained Baby Massage Instructor. She runs sessions on Friday mornings in small, welcoming groups. Classes run in 6‑week blocks, and because they can be very popular, we recommend calling ahead to book your space.

What is IAIM Baby Massage?

IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) is the world’s leading programme dedicated solely to baby massage. It helps parents build strong bonds with their babies through nurturing touch, communication and gentle, baby‑led massage techniques. IAIM instructors deliver a well‑researched, high‑quality programme designed to support families in a relaxed and supportive environment.

During an IAIM course, parents learn massage strokes, a short colic routine, gentle movements, touch relaxation, and how to recognise their baby’s cues and the best times for massage.

Benefits of Baby Massage

Baby massage can help to improve sleep and relaxation, reduce crying and emotional distress, support digestion and ease colic or tummy discomfort, strengthen bonding and communication between parent and baby and support cognitive, physical and emotional development.
