Friends of Tremanna is a registered charity, Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation, number SC047225, established in 2017.
This charity came from over a decade of supporting young people within Falkirk, who are looked after away from home and supported in a residential house named Tremanna.
Tremanna looks after 5 young people, they also support and continue to have ongoing nurturing relationships with all young people who have transitioned and moved on from Tremanna’s care home.
Friends of Tremanna aim to raise funds to help all young people who live in or have lived in Tremanna enjoy an ongoing family connections with them.
Through creating opportunities to bring young people back to Tremanna, whether this be on holiday or special occasions, supporting young people through education and employment or simply to be able to support our young people with a weekly shop, our aim is to take the “corporate” out of parent and do what we do for our own children when they leave home.
