Engagement in these processes are required to maintain full general GTCS registration in Scotland.<\/p>\n<h3>What are the requirements around Employee Review &amp; Development (ERD) and Professional Update (PU) sign off?\u00a0<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"builder-section-text_95\" class=\"builder-section-prev-text builder-section builder-section-text builder-section-next-text builder-text-columns-3 layout-4-8\" style=\"background-size: cover; background-repeat: no-repeat;background-position: center center;\">\n<div class=\"builder-section-content\">\n<div class=\"builder-text-row\">\n<div class=\"builder-text-column builder-text-column-1\" id=\"builder-section-text_95-column-1\">\n<div class=\"builder-text-content\">\n<h3>On an ongoing basis:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">engage in ongoing professional learning<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">engage in an annual staff review (ERD) process<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0maintain a reflective record of Professional Learning and evidence of impact on thinking and actions<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reflect and plan using the Standards<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"builder-text-column builder-text-column-2\" id=\"builder-section-text_95-column-2\">\n<div class=\"builder-text-content\">\n<h3>On an annual basis:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">update registration details (on MyGTCS and CPD Manager and make sure they are correct, matching and up to date on both systems e.g. name, email address, establishment etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"builder-text-column builder-text-column-3\" id=\"builder-section-text_95-column-3\">\n<div class=\"builder-text-content\">\n<h3>On a 5-yearly basis:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sign off to confirm engagement in the ERD process every 5 years with GTC Scotland (both teacher and Reviewer)<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"builder-section-text_121\" class=\"builder-section-prev-text builder-section builder-section-text builder-section-next-text builder-text-columns-1\" style=\"background-size: cover;
