Leadership Networks:
Promoting and exemplifying the value and benefit of working alongside and learning from others, the Professional Learning & Leadership cornerstone will link closely to Cornerstone 1– Peer Collaboration & Connected Autonomy.
Alongside collaborative opportunities for Headteachers, session 2025-26 will see the continuation of networks for ELC and Secondary colleagues, along with new opportunities at Primary DHT and PT level to support the growth and development of pedagogical leadership.
Recognising the importance of developing self-sustaining and supportive professional relationships, our leadership networks will employ a collaborative and connected approach, providing a supportive but challenging forum for participants to explore and address key curricular and pedagogical themes.
