The site will ask a series of questions to help families determine the best response to a harmful online incident, including how to approach the subject with children &amp; young people, possible solutions, and the first steps to recovering from it.<\/p>\n<p>The UK Home Office (2021) developed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/coronavirus-covid-19-keeping-children-safe-online\/coronavirus-covid-19-support-for-parents-and-carers-to-keep-children-safe-online\">Support for parents and carers to keep children safe online<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) is a condition that is commonly seen in up to 50% of children and young people with ADHD. Management includes a behavioural approach by parents\/carers who can learn additional strategies by attending group-based parenting programmes. NHS Essex Partnership Universty created an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eput.nhs.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/odd-information-leaflet-for-parents.pdf\">information leaflet for parents.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Outcomes<\/h3>\n<p>Falkirk has been using an outcomes based approach in Children\u2019s Services since 2012\u00a0 which has now been introduced for all looked after children and young people. The outcomes are centred on the individual child and young person\u2019s own lived experiences. They should be what\u2019s important to them and what matters in their life. These<br \/>\noutcomes can be measured.
