This is usually needs led and identified in conjunction with partners. We are increasingly developing and delivering training in partnership with other specialist teams. We use evidence-based approaches such as the Coach Consult Method and Implementation Science. We offer training across three levels from awareness level to advanced or specialist.<\/p>\n<p>This is aimed at maximizing the impact on practice change and improving outcomes for children. Delegates who attend training report that the experience is very positive and encourages reflective practice.<\/p>\n<p>The training we provide is usually aimed at practitioners from school, although also includes other services.
