It is linked to a National Education Scotland Action Enquiry Project where the summaries are published.<\/p>\n<p>The Bridging the Gaps project was completed in two phases:<\/p>\n<p>Phase 1:\u00a0 Morrison, S. &amp; McLafferty, L.
