On Tuesday 18th September 2012 P7 went to the Falkirk Stadium to learn about racism . We went to 3 different workshops. They were really interesting and we learned lots about being kind to people. At the end we got a goodie bag and it had a poster in it and we got an autograph from three football players. We also had a raffle and Chloe got a free Show Racism the Red Card T-shirt. Sophie and Jack had their picture taken for the Falkirk Herald!

The opening of Inside Outside Eco Pod
Yesterday the provost came to our school to open the inside outside eco pod and our one planet picnic. Our one planet picnic was all about local, seasonal and ethically produced foods. High school pupil Jordan Montgomery came and piped us in with his bag pipes, some people spoke and the provost cut the ribbon. Miss MacAulay and a few pupils put the sign on the gate. There was a BBQ for the parents, we got all different kind of fruit foods and they were all yummy! The rain came on and we got soaked and so did all the mats that we sat on and the tables.
Max in the Middle
Last week primary 6 had max in the middle in to teach us about food and exercise. George and Karen showed us new dances and acting skills. On Tuesday called tasty Tuesday we made a salmon boat which is a bit of lettuce with salmon on top with mayonnaise. We also made fruit crumble tumble which is pineapple, pear and peaches covered in yogurt summer fruits and honey. On Friday we had our performance and all our parents loved it.

Max in the middle was fun with Karen and George. I enjoyed every day of it and so did the rest of primary 6. I liked when we had tasty Tuesday but I only liked the cheese.
