Opportunities to consult, share information and raise concerns are well established and understood by all staff\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HGIOS 4 p26<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Within Easter Carmuirs we use a number of communication tools including &#8216;X&#8217;, Groupcall, SEEMIS, email and Classdojo.<\/p>\n<p>We seek the views of families, children and staff through discussion with individuals and representative groups, questionnaires and surveys; and we are visible and approachable.<\/p>\n<p>ClassDojo will be the main communication tool between families and class teachers.\u00a0 We encourage all families to join Classdojo and provide them with information on its best use.<\/p>\n<p>We strive to establish and develop open and honest channels of communication where families have a clear understanding of the progress of their children; their challenges and successes.<\/p>\n<p>Families are encouraged to contact the class teacher with any questions or concerns in the first instance to discuss any question, incident or seek further information on a matter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Communication Protocol \u00a0\u201cAll staff take responsibility for ensuring our approaches to communication are wide, varied and effective.
