What is Equally Safe Falkirk?
Equally Safe is a partnership between Barnardo’s, Aberlour and Falkirk Council.
Together we provide early intervention and preventative support to reduce instances and the impact of domestic abuse.
Who can we help?
Survivors and children who have or are experiencing the impact of domestic abuse. Where appropriate and safe to do so, we also work with those who have caused harm to improve family functioning.
How can we help?
An independent Family Group Decision Making Coordinator can support families to develop a Family Plan to stay safe and together, if applicable.
A Keyworker can partner with the whole family to help recovery from traumatic experiences.
We will promote changes in attitude and practice around domestic abuse by providing Safe & Together training to professionals and partner agencies
