Working directly in our school, they support leavers as they move into positive destinations such as further education, training, or employment. Their guidance helps pupils understand their options, develop essential skills, and take those first steps into life beyond school with purpose.

 

They’re also involved in early‑intervention work, offering support long before pupils reach the point of leaving. By building relationships, identifying barriers early, and providing tailored help, Cyrenians improve outcomes for young people who might otherwise struggle to engage or progress.
