background-repeat: no-repeat;background-position: center center;\">\n<div class=\"builder-section-content\">\n<div class=\"builder-text-row\">\n<div class=\"builder-text-column builder-text-column-1\" id=\"builder-section-text_29-column-1\">\n<div class=\"builder-text-content\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2065 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/fa\/public\/connectedfalkirk\/uploads\/sites\/2984\/2022\/04\/01141219\/F9099243-C185-49AD-A395-591ACDD5386F-300x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"214\" height=\"107\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apple TV is a screen sharing device that allows any Staff or Pupil iPad to connect wirelessly to a projector\/screen and offers more flexibility in learning and teaching.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each school has been given an allocation of Apple TV\u2019s which are a fantastic teaching tool in any classroom or 1:1 iPad environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following information will support you to use the Apple TV in your school.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Connecting to the Apple TV from your device<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Swipe down from the battery indicator in the top right corner of your device to access \u2018control centre\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap on screen mirroring (icon with two rectangles)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the Apple TV you wish to connect to\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may need to enter the on-screen code on your device<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are now screen mirroring from your device.<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To disconnect from screen mirroring<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Swipe down from the battery indicator in the top right corner of your device to access \u2018control centre\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap on screen mirroring (icon with two rectangles)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the Apple TV you wish to disconnect from<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"jetpack-video-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"ttfmake-embed-wrapper aligncenter\" style=\"max-width: 960px;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"How To: Apple TV - Find \/ Join \/ Disconnect\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/kpwxsDlkuMk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2><b><br \/>Apple TV Troubleshooting\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>The Apple TV\u00a0won&#8217;t connect or isn\u2019t mirroring to the projector or display board;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are unable to connect to the Apple TV, or the screen mirroring isn\u2019t displaying through your projector or display board, there are a few steps you can try:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check the physical connections between the Apple TV and display<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check that the correct input is selected on the projector\/display board for the Apple TV<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Switch Apple TV off\/on<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Switch iPad off\/on<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check iOS is up to date on your iPad\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>There is no sound playing;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you find that there is an issue with playing sound when using your Apple TV please try the following:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check volume on computer audio (this is usually in the bottom right of your screen next to the time)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check the sound level on any wall mounted or desk mounted amplifier<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check iPad volume\/ iPad is not on silent mode or do not disturb\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the above troubleshooting advice does not resolve your issue:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Secondary staff<\/strong> &#8211;
