When we want to feel good, even at difficult times, we try hard to think about things in a positive way. Thinking of all the bad things just makes us feel worse than we already do and that isn’t healthy.
There are lots of ways to reflect… you can discuss the questions and talk to someone about it, you can write down your own thoughts in a jotter, or you can answer Reflective Questions that give your thoughts a focus. This is what I am doing. If you would like to answer some reflective questions, together or by yourself, you can use the link below to take you to a place to do this.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ANSWER SOME REFLECTIVE QUESTIONS, TOGETHER OR BY YOURSELF, YOU CAN USE THE form BELOW.
If you need some help learning to reflect on your week, scroll down and have a look at Mrs Wilson’s example from 27th March 2020. Remember to come back once every week and complete the questions.
This is my reflection after the first week of missing school. Friday 26th March 2020
I’m going to start my reflection with one thing that I am THANKFUL for this week – this week I am most thankful that even though we aren’t able to go to school, we are still able to communicate with each other.
Every school morning at 9am, there will be a PE session on the You Tube Channel below.

Why not set a link on your TV, Tablet or Computer to this You Tube channel so that you are ready to get started at 9am on Monday morning.
Let me know if you are ready to go.
After you have taken part in P.E., send me a reply with how many stars you would give your workout – 5 is the most and means you are very red and sweaty. Remember that you might need to click on the big heading at the top to be able to reply.
