Principles into Practice<\/strong> is about improving experiences of young people with additional support needs as they make the transition to young adult life.<\/p>\n

What does Principles into Practice do?<\/p>\n

LOOKS \u00a0– It looks at existing ways of working to see what\u2019s working well and what could be better<\/p>\n

LISTENS – It listens to what young people, parents and carers are saying about their<\/p>\n

experiences, and the support they need<\/p>\n

LEARNS – \u00a0It shares ideas and experiences so everyone across Scotland can learn from each other and change things for the better<\/p>\n
